Always nice to know how people get here - I sort of split the baby on this one - posted to eames_arthur on LJ and inception here. Seeing as I've been a big part of the movement to get fandom to migrate to DW, it's encouraging to know that you're here from the DW post.

That being said -- this is lovely, thoughtful feedback -- and until the random conversation with my roommate I'd never made the dreidel-top connection either: it really is an amalgamation of a top and a die and when I had that thought (or, rather, Arthur did) I had to stop writing for awhile because I had exceeded my angst-o-meter for any given hour. I'm glad you found it equally moving, and very thankful that you took the time to let me know.
