I'm equally sorry to hear you're in a rough spot, but there is a lot of comfort to know that these things, while they're part of living with mental illness, are not "crazy." They're just part of living with MDD and hearing different ways other people get though each day of an episode. (And after a good night's sleep, here I am back in "education" mode. =D)
