I've done a bad, bad thing.

booster17 's fault. He's the one who started the one-upping with Things to Do When the Universe Ends. So he's totally to blame. But if he can figure a way out of the corner I just painted us into, he's a better writer than me (or at the very least, more devious).
And no, nobody's going to know what that is until after he figures a way out of it. (The story's actually about two parts ahead of where it's posted at any time, just in case we really do wind up over our heads.)
I'm just worried about the vengeance at this point.

Option one is so incredibly evil that I'm reserving it for a real emergency as I can only pull it off once.
Option two is to have the spaceship Deus Ex Machina crash through the ceiling suddenly, but that's cheating.
Option three on the other hand is also evil, uses continuity, will be a great deal of fun to write and will make Morag scream.
