I have no idea what to do with it. HALP?

oh, god, I hate these new comments.... sorry. Um. So I'd start from scratch and try again, just in case of error. If that doesn't work, I'd actually try getting a credit report (you are due three free ones...I don't remember the actual website, I always go through wikipedia because there are so many scams). If the credit report goes through no problem, then you know it's just an error in their system and you can try again tomorrow.

I created an account in another section of the site and it recognized the combination. But I called them to inform them that this section might be compromised, they sounded oddly okay with it.
