[Error: unknown template qotd]What used to be my preferred social networking and blogging site went through with Release 88 despite thousands of comments expressing extreme displeasure and legitimate concerns with the proposed changes. Even worse, the only response I've gotten from their staff are canned replies to my feedback letters. Now I have to redirect all of my internal links to the Dreamwidth equivalents and that's going to be a huge pain in my ass. But it's still better than Release 88 and the LJ staffs' responses to their customers.

A couple weeks back I was feeling writer's blocked (it happens), and so I opened a bottle of wine and asked a bunch of f-listies for five prompts, all of which would get comment!fic filled that night.  These are those fics, all cleaned up a bit, but because I'm feeling too lazy to deal with headers, just take my word for it that all of these are rated PG-13, are gen, I don't own any of the characters involved, there are spoilers up through the current season of Supernatural, that the prompts can act as summaries, and that none of this is beta'd.  It was, however, fun.

Sam sat up straighter on the bed. "Oh God! What does she want? Help reaching something?" Dean shook his head. "Help carrying something?" Dean shook his head again and Sam ran his hand through his hair, tugging at the strands in desperation. "Tea?" he asked, his voice rising to a squeak, completely at the end of his rope.

Now Dean allowed himself to grin. "I'm thinking she's after something a little different. She's brought a flag."

Sam's face dropped. "Damn," he whimpered while Dean pulled the door back open.
